Offshore execution support built around the project scope.
SmartWave works with owners, developers and EPC contractors to evaluate offshore work packages, identify execution constraints and align qualified marine and heavy-lift resources. Scope, asset suitability, regulatory requirements and commercial responsibilities are assessed project by project.

Representative partner offshore capability
Representative 4,000-ton self-propelled full-revolving floating crane vessel shown in offshore wind project execution. Partner-owned asset; project suitability for North America is evaluated case by case.
Project scoping & execution planning
We begin with the project location, installation sequence, technical interfaces, schedule and commercial structure. The goal is to turn an early opportunity into a scope that can be evaluated and executed by the appropriate team.
Construction & installation support
Depending on the project, SmartWave can coordinate qualified resources for offshore wind and marine construction activities.
- Installation methodology support
- Marine spread and heavy-lift interface coordination
- Foundation / transition-piece related construction support
- Wind turbine installation support
- Mobilization and project execution coordination
Partner-enabled offshore execution
Through its strategic execution network, SmartWave can access integrated offshore wind assembly capability from pile foundation through turbine installation, supported by a fleet of offshore piling and installation vessels. Available partner resources include 700-ton semi-submersible crane vessels, 86-meter semi-submersible barge crane vessels, a 3,600-ton floating full-revolving crane vessel, a 4,000-ton self-propelled full-revolving crane vessel, and 1,600-ton and 1,200-ton jack-up / leg crane vessels.
Where relevant to a North American opportunity, SmartWave can coordinate discussions around these partner capabilities. Availability, class, flag, Jones Act implications, mobilization feasibility, technical suitability and commercial terms must be evaluated separately for each project.
